Mark Boer has been teaching the Word of God in full-time ministry since 1989. In 2001 he founded Life Church - a dynamic, growing church in Boise, Idaho, which he continues to pastor. His ministry is one of compassion and power. He teaches the Word of God with conviction and humor, believing that God is ever-willing to meet the needs of all who call upon Him in faith. His emphasis is bringing the Life of God to the lives of people. This life shows up not only in salvation, but also in healing, peace, prosperity, and wisdom.
Mark is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center and resides in the Boise area with his wife Amy and children; Whitley, Wesley and Windelyn. |

Mickey McCaleb is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a 1989 graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center. In 1992 he was ordained as a minister and has since served as a youth pastor, an associate pastor, a lead pastor, and a music minister. He believes authentic ministry takes place wherever people are provided an opportunity to serve according to their gifts and meet ministry needs for which they are equipped. Mickey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Christian Leadership from Colorado Christian University and a Masters of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Colorado School of Professional Psychology. Mickey and his wife, Kristie, have been married for 14 years and are the parents of two daughters – Aubrey and Kaylee. |
Pastor Alan & Jennifer Church Youth Pastor |
Alan Church sensed a call to ministry while on a missions trip when he was 17. He then attended and graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center. Upon graduation, he returned to his home church in Twin Falls, Idaho to serve in the youth ministry. Alan was a part of Life Church from the begining in 2001, coming to Boise with Pastor Mark to assist in starting the new work. He has served as the Youth Pastor and has fulfilled many supportive roles in the Church. His ministry has included preaching on missions trips, ministering at Youth and Children's camps, and instructing in Bible Schools. He lives in Boise with his wife Jennifer and son, Ethan. They also have one child on the way! |
John & Heather Conder Childrens Minister |
John Conder was first stirred to minister to children in 2000 when he visited a Royal Ranger club meeting and watched a 5 year old boy commit his life to Jesus. While actively teaching children over the years, his desire to reach them has only intensified. John is now completing a year in the Life Church School of Ministry adding to his two years of previous Bible School training. John believes the children of Life Church will not only be filled with the Word and experience His presence but they will also take the gospel outside the church and reach the lost.John resides in Boise with his wife Heather, and their four children, Zachary, Roman, Benjamin and Victoria. |
Louise Brady Secretary |
Louise Brady has served in the Helps Ministry for over 25 years. After she was born again, she had a strong desire to become a church secretary and has served in two churches in that capacity - one church in Washington for 19 years and now Life Church for 5 years. She loves sweets but doesn't eat them any more. She does reside with her sweet husband, Bob, who she has been married to for 33 years. |
